Important Caveats
A good relationship between the client and provider is crucial, especially in astrology and counselling consultations.
We will reject clients if we feel like their needs do not align with the services offered, the rapport is not ideal, are unsafe or that they raise ethical concerns. We reserve the right to maintain professional integrity.
If you have made a payment and we decide to decline your request as a client, you will receive a full refund.

No matter if you’re booking a consult or email correspondence, please be respectful of our time and avoid requesting rush jobs, as we strive to deliver the highest quality insights for your reading.
Involving Consultations
Once you've completed your booking, we invite you to take the next step by booking a date and time that works best for you.
The consultation can be conducted via Zoom or in person, depending on your order.
We recommend that bookings be made 5-7 days in advance, and not on the day itself, as charts take time to be prepared.
Don’t worry, a member of our team will also reach out to you to complete this next step.

In-person consultations will be held in Singapore at our cozy office located in Raffles Place. We strive to create a calm, focused environment to allow you to fully engage and reflect during the session without interruptions.
Since traffic can get congested, especially if you've booked an evening slot, please be mindful of travel time and plan ahead so you can arrive early and ensure a relaxed start to your session.Water, tea, and washroom facilities are provided at our Singapore office for your convenience. We aim to make your visit comfortable, so feel free to relax in our waiting area before your session.

We recommend joining your Zoom session from a quiet, private spot, a personal “cosmic corner” if you will. After all, these readings can get emotional!
Please ensure your wifi is strong enough to keep your camera on.
A recording of the session will be provided.

Once you've booked your service, your report will be delivered as soon as possible after booking, typically within 5-7 business days.
However, during peak seasons, longer waiting times may apply, and you will be notified accordingly.
We’ll further correspondence with you via email.

We recommend taking some time off to fully process and reflect on the insights shared by your astrologer.
While we are unable to issue a formal medical certificate (MC) for work leave for astrology services, we encourage you to make use of any available leaves that does not require an MC such as annual, holiday-in-lieu, or call-in sick leaves that are your within your entitlements instead of an outpatient leave.
If you still require documentation, such as a time slip or attendance note from our practice, please feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.

We are a private provider, and counseling sessions may be partially covered under your integrated shield plan or private health insurance.
Do check with your insurance provider to confirm if mental health and wellness services, including counseling or astrology, are covered under your plan, and to further understand the reimbursement process for you.
