At Alexis Astrology, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Digital Products (Services)
Due to the nature of digital products, including personalized astrology readings and consultations, all sales are final. Once a service is purchased and delivered, refunds are not available. If you encounter any issues with the service, please contact us at stars@alexisastrology.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
2. Physical Products (Books & Calendars)
We accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return: Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund for eligible products:
Contact us at stars@alexisastrology.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Personalized astrology readings, consultations, and other digital services.
Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
