At Alexis Astrology, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Digital Products (Services)

Due to the nature of digital products, including personalized astrology readings and consultations, all sales are final. Once a service is purchased and delivered, refunds are not available. If you encounter any issues with the service, please contact us at stars@alexisastrology.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

2. Physical Products (Books & Calendars)

We accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund for eligible products:

  • Contact us at stars@alexisastrology.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized astrology readings, consultations, and other digital services.

  • Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
